Our "B&B" is a small House (not Hotel) where the guests will be at easy as their house, located on the fourth floor, no elevator, a quiet building in the centre of Rome, near the central station Termini.New: From february 2011 we will have elevator.All rooms are with private bath, shower and hair dryer, TV set color lcd, telephone, wireless internet connection, tv on demand, private mini bar, electronic security box, air conditioning.It 'very important to communicate the arrival time OTHERWISE WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE CHECK IN.The breakfast will be served from 08.00 till 09.30 am. We are located behind the main railway station "Roma Termini" and from there is possible to catch all busses and metros for visiting the city.
