Check in available from 2pm and check out at 10am. On arrival reservation number, identification and full payment is required, with credit card details for guarantee. A pre authorisation on a credit card on named reservation holder of £200 will be required on arrival or a cash deposit of £200.00 shall be required on arrival to secure any dilapidationsextras. Cash will be refunded on departurepre-auth cancelled subject to no dilapidations within the apartment. As of 1st January 2011 a credit card surcharge of 3% will be added to your total bill should you wish to pay by Credit Card. Paying by debit card or cash will not incur a credit card fee.Secure onsite parking (subject to availability) is available at £12+vat per car per night.Wireless broadband available at an additional charge.
