TAM is a member of Star Alliance, its subsidiaries are TAM Airlines Paraguay and Pantanal Linhas Aéreas.

“On date 07/28/2012 they embarked me in Frankfurt, destination: São Paulo, and once arrived, I collected my bags (there were 4). And I was astonished when I realized that not even one of by bags was there, I reported the lost, but only on 08/06/2012 they found my luggage. A big company like this should not treat the customers like that.”
