“Nightmare is the word. I forgot to mention that our luggage was broken into both ways on the flight, thank goodness we took our valuable things in our walk on baggage . Our suitcases have survived many other flights as well as cruses. but SBA ruined our bags on one trip.As I said before, I would walk to Quito before flying on SBA again. One more thing, the person that rated SBA 5 star must be one of the owners.”

“I sat in row 32 and was jamed in so tight that no one could open the table halfway, but they dumped our food tray on it any way as they walked away. When the people jamed there seat into my leg I ask the stewardess to ask them to set up some, she ignored me.The second leg of flight was better.but still had to sit in a hot plane for almost a hour. The return flight from venezuela to miami was the second worst flight That I have ever been on,but part of that was with the inept airport that changed the departure gate 4 times and left over a hour late from a gate that was never posted.I often use gate travel agency, but ifthey vever try to send me on SBA I will never use them again.”
