“Checkin at S. Gokcen is a disaster. Couldn't check in despite arriving 2h in advance. That's how crowded it was. Missed the flight. Received refund, but didn't receive any compensation so far(probably shall, as they have to comply with EU regulations, but after some hassle). Offered a return the next day, despite having another 4 flights same day and explaining them we can't stay another day. English? Both onboard and ground? Forget it. At least an understandable one. They mumble announcements on the airplane in "English" too, but it's their own private English which only they can understand... The outgoing flight was delayed 1h. The incoming flight: couldn't check in. Guess that says it all.”

“One of the worst low cost companies that I've ever travelled with in my life. They charged to me 30 € for the extra weight, so I weighed the luggage in Rome Fiumicino airport, just to discover that there weren't kilos in excess. I've been the only one who has been inspected...I've been robbed by this airline.”

“Flight was ok but luggage did not arrive. Loss was reported and we got an information leaflet - in French - with a premium rate phone number in Istanbul. Pegasus made no effort at all to locate/recover the bag through the tracking system. We could not do anything as Pegasus did not answer e-mails (all you get is an automated reply in Turkish and German) and they would not provide paperwork to confirm bag loss, which we needed for claim on travel insurance. Tagged bags are the airline's responsibility and Pegasus walked away from the problem. This is the worst service I have ever had from an airline.”
