“It needed 2 hours to check in, that happened on the flight number bj6535 on July the 30. A hostess in the airport was so non professional. I was traveling with my wife, and by a mistake they put under my name two bags, instead of doing one over me and one over my wife. Irony of fate, the luggage didn't even arrive. They delivered them to us 4 days later. Now it's going to be a problem to get the refund. I want to ask for damage refund.”
