The company's headquarters is located in the building Diamanten at Fornebu, Oslo, Norway. Norwegian operates passenger high frequency flights between cities of Scandinavia and international business destinations, as well as low frequency flights to many European destinations at short and medium haul. “Norwegian is simply the most amateur airline out there, my flight was cancelled a few hours before departure, there was no help available, I was on the phone waiting for over an hour and didn’t get to speak to anyone, I was left stranded in Boston! I had no option but to book my return home with another airline! On my returned I contacted them to get a refund and also claim for the extra money I paid to get home, nearly 2 and half weeks on I haven’t received my refund or any any compensation! They have never acknowledged my emails and don’t answer thief’s phones, I will never travel long haul with them, when something goes wrong they cancel the flight rather than find a solution, a proper airline has back up crew and can charter another plane if one is broken, these amateurs just abandon their customers with no help and they shouldn’t be able to get away with it.”

“They force you to take on your luggage even if you have chosen the opposite option to be faster. They say they have no space to carry your checked luggage on board. Moreover, on arrival very slow to deliver them, and punctuality is very bad.”

“Delayed at kefalonia for over 4 hrs,no info given. Landed at rome due to 2nd technical fault? Little info given, ended up spending awful night in religious retreat. Picked up at 7.50p.m. dumped outside rome airport no rep to help. Wandered up and down concourse finally found small norwegian airlines sign at ata counter. Girl knew nothing about our delayed flight asked her get a supervisor,who only phoned to tell us the number of our check in counter. After getting into departure lounge told flight would take off at 11.10p.m. We had very little money for food finally took off at about 2.00a.m.no food on board to buy. Worst seats, tatty planes. Would never advise anyone to fly with this airline. On return spoke to customer services very little help given.”

“After an e ticketing problem, airline completely unhelpful, refused to contact me until after my credit card co. started complaint process. Agents at airport refused to talk to me about problem, just handed me an email address, from which I got no response. I will never use them again. Beware!”
