“On board service is about ok for a low cost airlines. But the cancel very frequently the flight schedule, they do not give you any compensation, even if you have to take a taxi to get to the airport because the flight is at 5 in the morning, and it is impossible to contact them, they do not answer mails and they do not answer the phone.”

“The first flight was three hours late, and they didn't even give us a glass of water. The return flight (the last one) was eight hours late, they do not have even an office or a delegate in the airport. We called something like 57 times a phone number that was displayed on their website, no one answered.”

“We left from luik which is a small but very efficient airport. Fast checkin, no stress about overweight, counted together for our family. Extremely friendly staff also in mallorca. No stress with handluggage being too big/thick coat on your arm... Like ryan air where they treat you as cattle. I would recommend everybody to fly jetairfly even if it is a little more expensive than ryanair. Your vacation starts here at the airport as you do not have the checkin stress!”
