“Our Monarch reservation for travel in August was changed to Jet Time. It was a brilliant flight with attentive crew, a friendly informative crew in the cockpit and a nice clean aircraft. We found the seat pitch to be superb and being a larger lady I was astounded to find the seat belt fitted without the need for an extension. This would be my company of choice if possible in the future. I just need to find the destinations they fly to!”
