Route Negril - Montego Bay

“I used the service from Negril to MBJ in December 2011. The flight takes 15 minutes and it offers a beautiful view of the island. However our overall experience was very disappointing. When we booked the trip we were not informed about the extra $10 charge if we pay by credit card. The trip supposed to include a cab ride from the resort to the airport in Negril which did not show up. We finally got a cab called through the hotel and at the airport they wanted to charge us an extra $50 because we were 10 min late. We managed to avoid the charge but we were told to be “nice to the pilots and baggage handlers” which meant tipping well. It was very clear that this issue with being late is a scam for getting extra tips. Also, when we bought the tickets the tour desk representative told us that the airfare included the use of the VIP club at the airport which turned out to be untrue In addition our credit card has been charged two times for the trip. I am in the process of disputing the charges and ended up closing the account.”
