“I have booked a few flights through HOP! now and it's amazing how inconvenient their booking system is. Getting all the information in one easy place is not possible, nor is any flight change online. Instead, you have to call a paying number (0,15E/min) to change any flight details, and if your changes are outside of business hours you cannot do anything even with the most expensive fares. Given this is just a subsidiary of Air France, the website should be easy to manage. In terms of pricing, they are much more expensive than other low costs and you get the same lousy Air France service. Avoid if you have a choice.”
