“Booked with flythomas cook for me my wife parents and 3 young children, booked great early flights and then Thomas cook changed them not once but twice, had to haggle to get a bit of money back but would never Travel again with them, no wonder they are going bust, poor communication and phone bill was huge as they get you to ring costly numbers but never answer phone, stay well clear of this low cost airline.”
