“They told us we didn't have to pay anything for the luggages, once in the airport, they told us that we had to pay 50 €. But when I was on the booking confirmation page on their website, it was clearly wrote that we didn't have to pay anything for the luggages. I'll never fly again with them.”

“Today (18/08/2011) I flew with this company. Never, never, never again. At the bag drop desk I was informed that I had to board my hand luggage and pay an extra charge. The bag (54x36x23) did not fit for few centimetres, but they were inflexible. I carried the same bag as hand luggage with Easyjet, but they were inexorable. I had to pay. And now the most ludicrous part: guess how much I paid? 136 pounds.... yes, you understood well, 136 pounds!!! Unfortunately I paid. I was with my family and I could not afford missing the flight and the luggage. Yet, I am sure this company will not survive for long time. If they have to resort to such dirty tricks to raise money, then they are really desperate.Good luck and good night Flybe!”

“nice board crew, they talk only one language. That's an high-class airline that respect the customers (it offers a refund in case of delay or flight cancellation).”
