“On the way back, my Cancun-Frankfurt flight was planned for 16.15 pm. I arrived at Cancun Terminal 2 at 14.10, two hours and five minutes before the scheduled departure time.I was told the flight was closed because I was too late.I checked on the contract I had with Condor, and it states that 1 hour is enough, while I was there more than two hours before.While doing that, all the Condor personnel at the airport disappeared, leaving me with no reference in the airport. I kept looking all over the airport but no Condor personnel was available. It seems like there is none working for them, it's just a ghost air company there!I called Condor Help Desk, asking them for explainations and they told me: YOU ARE LATE. I was respecting the contract, you can't tell me that I am late. I also have pictures of the desk reporting the time i was rejected, to prove their LIES.After being desperate without knowing how to bo back home, since they left me there with no reasonable cause, I had to buy a ticket with a more serious company.It costed me a lot.And when I finally reached the gate for departure, there was the mexican Condor man that rejected me (who disappeared since then), greeted me laughing and complimenting I could find another flight. Please, don't ever let yourself be fooled by these crooks.”

“LAS VEGAS - FRANKFURT - LAS VEGAS. What a horrible experience. My wife and I bought tickets online six months in advance because of their prices to Europe were unbeatable, or so we thought. 1. First disappointment: the online price does not include over 100 dollars in transaction and overseas fees because everything is processed in Germany and paid in Euros. 2. We arrived at the airport 70 minutes in advance and discovered that our tickets had already been given to another customer. Flight was overbooked. After unsuccessfully trying to figure out an alternative, the people working at the condor check-in desk (who don't work for condor) closed the booth and told me to call a number that coincidently was closed on the weekends. 3. After calling another number posted on their website and explained the situation I was told that I would had to BUY another ticket on the next flight one week later. Not only would I miss my Christmas, but I would have to buy tickets again without being reimbursed. I could seriously not believe it. I was told on the phone that I should be at least 2 hours early to check-in. Condor's legal documents sent to us by email and posted on the website states that seats are saved up to 60 minutes before flight. We were there 70 minutes early and denied travel a direct violation of their contract. 4. Emailed/called requesting reimbursement for my alternative flight plans that I had to purchase with British Airways. A response was promised with 60 days and none was given. 5. After talking to a series of people on the phone in Germany that could never do anything for me, I finally was able to get a written response stating that I should be at the check in desk at least 60 minutes before departure. 6. I promptly replied inquiring if they had even read my email since I told them that I was ready to check-in 70 minutes early. Once again never heard back from them and got the same generic email that I will receive a response in 5-6 weeks, which I doubt..”

“Well, first time trying to fly with Condor. Still sitting in airport as the plane is now delayed till we don't know when!! Trying to hear back from Germany re plane replacement. Hey wait isn't it really early in the morning there??? Do they really think someone is in the office??”
