“This has to be the worst airline service ever! Never book a flight with them. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to board a flight. I contacted customer service in the hopes of getting on the next available flight. I was told by customer service that my departure and return flights were now null and void and would have to purchase a new flight!!! Huh?! What kind of policy is that? Lesson learned, never deal with low budget carriers who don't stand to satisfy their paying customers. You get what you pay for...I'll stick with the big conglomerates from now own.”
