“In august the 14 my flight K6 820 has been subjected to a delay of 5 hours, as a result of this delay, I've lost the connecting flight. I had to buy two new tickets to Saigon Paris. They did not apologized, obviously, I had to pay for my hotel, my meals and for my taxi, I spent more than 3000 euros in plane tickets. The airport's service is awful, poor engligh and lack of professionalism. Nevermore with that company.”
