British Airways flights and customer reviews
British Airways is the flag carrier as well the United Kingdom largest airline. Also known simply as BA, was founded on March 31, 1974 born from the merger of British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) and British European Airways (BEA). The company headquarter is based in Waterside, Harmondsworth, England. The main airports used as bases by British Airways are London-Heathrow (LHR) and London-Gatwick (LGW). BA is the airline that offers a higher number of connections between Europe and North America. “Sometimes British Airways has good prices, I live in Lisbon and I am laving to London after the university degree, and from London I'll fly in many cities. The book service, the check in, and the in-flight services are very good.”

“The outward voyage has been perfect, they gave us informations in three different languages. On the return journey they actually forgot to give informations in spanish, although there were many spanish customers. I correctly talk and write in Catalan, but the others passengers do not.”

“I advise against British Airways. The ground crew is non professional and rude. The prices are unjustifiably high. And it's ven worse, when you actually lave from Heathrow. You want to avoid that airport.”

“This service is provided by a 737 old air fleet. The British Airways board crew looks like it would like to be in a different place. The aircraft is comfortable, but the old Boeing should be replaced. The lounge club of Gatwick airport had only one floor opened, and was more crowded with people than the other airports.”

“The round trip was from London to Antigua, on a Boeing 777 (business class, Club World). The food was ok, even the entartainment on board has been good, but they have not many of the publicized wines. On both of the flight the board crew has been kind and helpful, the lounge in Gatwick was ok, and this time there was somebody to serve drinks in Antigua hall! I'll fly again by them.”

“I did Both of the flights in the economic class, and both were on schedule time, excellent food and wine, alike the board-crew. The return journey has been done on the same aircraft, still pretty good, but the board crew was less caring and a bit too impatient.”

“The British Airways ground service is excellent and fast, in all the airports. The service and the food, on the London Buenos Aires route, was great! Even the on board entartainment service was good. Although the aircraft was full of passengers, the seats were so comfortable that we could take a nap. Two meals and a light meal, served in a 14 hours trip, and the trolley used to pass frequently. On the return journey the services were a bit less good, but luckily the next seat was empty. The food was good and the board crew was nice. British Airways seems to be quite permissive with the extra luggage's weigh, on this route, even if the aircrafts are full. BA still offers a good product and they certainly are better than Iberia, on this route.”

“The travel has been ok, but if you have to take a connection you have to run pretty fast to don't miss them. The only bad thing is that I actually lost my bags on both the outward voyage and the return trip, but they sent me them back in 24 hours.”

“I had a good time, that's an excellent company!!! Even if the food and the coffee were awful, and the plane was a bit tight. But the board crew was so nice and there was not any delay, there were so many movies that I was spoilt for choice.”

“I have ben flying a lot by British Airways, from Milan to London and to Toronto by doing a stopover in London and my judgement of this company is excellent. In any trip I've done, I've never had any delay, the planes are: the "airbus a320" to do short-range trips, which are comfortables and spacious, and the boeing 777, used for the long-range trips, the only inconvenience is that the seats might be a bit uncomfortables for the tall people.”
