“I flew yesterday from John Lennon airport Liverpool. This is the first time I have flown with this company, the staff are so friendly, when we went aboard I couldn't believe how lovely and new the plane was, the staff greeted us, then when we took of they came around with free drinks and sandwiches. I have never been on a plane quite like this, I usually fly with Ryanair, but their staff are so rude and not really nice I have always said if I could find another economic airline I would never fly with Ryanair ever again and guess what I have found it! I have told all my family and friends about this airline.this is going to be big in Liverpool, because why should we have to travel to Manchester when we have our own airport.the air hostesses were telling me that in a few months time they are going to have flights to Spain. I would like to say a big thank you to the 2 hostesses I can't remember their names I think one was called Donna or Debbie, I can't remember the other girls name, they were absolutely fantastic, the people I spoke to one the plane were all delighted with the crew and everything. I would definitely fly with this company, I would give it 10 out of 10. Thank you.”

“Dear Sirs, We come back to you with the complaint made on April 22, 2016, when we did it both, in written and directly to your head quarter. On 22nd of April, Mr.Simon Sarwat Noshi Sedrac, by coming from Milan to Bucharest with Blue Air flight, was treated in a very non professional way by the desk officer at the boarding area. He presented to the lady an on line check in and the lady instead of explaining to him in a polite way that for non EU people this is not valid and he has to do it also in the airport, she screamed to him saying in front of all people that the check in is not good he is not from the European Community and he must go now to do the check in in the airport. She took all his documents including the return check in and she was screaming bad putting him out of the people having a very aggressively attitude, humiliating him in front of all people like he was a terrorist. We cannot accept this comportment from your staff. It is unacceptable to treat the foreign passengers like this. We wait for your answer to our complaint by 12 May 2016. Otherwise, a lawyer will contact you for this matter. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.”

“(Lb. Romana va urma!)Terrible experience all around. From the poorly designed website, to its functionality and most importantly the service and the staff.Specifically, Prior to my flight on July 19 I have purchased online the fee for a stroller (btw - who charges for a stroller!??) and a meal for a total of 34.50 euro. Printed off the receipt which clearly states the payment has been processed and showed it to the checkin staff at Beauvais (the sorry dump they fly from, 1hr away from Paris!). The told me flat out that they don't have anything in the system and that if I want to board the plane I have to purchase that fee all over again, except they charge you 2x in the airport, so had to pay another 50 euro to board. Upon arrival I promptly attempted to contact their customer service which of course does not really exist. They wanted me to fill out a form online which did not give me any confirmation number. My Visa showed the charge was done on July 16 and has not been returned. Found out (by calling their number in Bucharest, for 0.65 euro/ min!!) their complains get 'resolved" in 30 days, Called twice and was told to fill out another for to request a refund, but frankly I passed it on to VISA Disputes - they will deal with them directly and refund my money this week. BOTTOM LINE: BEWARE!”

“Hello, it should bankrupt, I think cannot exist such a confused company...even the board crew is prepared to the same mediocre level. They use to sell more tickets than the avaiable seats, hoping that somebody miss the flight,on a flight rome - bacau after a furious quarrel ten people flew while standing...I hope it will bankrupt as soon as possible!!”

“I must say that the outward voyage was fine. Punctual, kind and clean. Unfortunately at the return journey I found an incompetent ground crew, I had to throw away many things because I was not able to go aboard. The same luggages at the outward voyage were ok and at the return journey not, how is that possible? I passed through the check-in without having any problem and they stopped me at the embark. And I have to say that in both places I found the same person. I'm Speechless!”

“I booked the flight from Orio al Serio to Bucarest on August the 11 to leave on August the 17, I paid with the credit card and then I received an e-mail that has written in it word-for-word "payment refused". The cause could be due to a lack of credit on the card; the card is not enabled for online payment, or maybe it is a payment process problem. They asked me to draw up an online form or by the Call Center. I called something like three or four times (by paying) and they confirmed me that there was not any booking. But here is the surprise: on my Visa Eletron's bank statement I read that they actually took the money, they transfered the money on my account then they withdrawed them again. All the emails that I sent to resolution@blue-air.ro come back with this note:A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:resolution@blue-air.romailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded. Could you please tell me what should I do to have my money back? Thank you.”

“On the outward voyage from Nice my hand luggage has been accepted, it was according to their laws. On the return Journey it was not accepted and I actually had to pay 50 euros. So you should just put your baggage in the hold by paying the overweigh tax, which costs 10 euros.”
