“DO NOT ever use this airline, their customer service is non existent and they do not care about their customers. Once they have your money they are more than happy to ignore you and even worse than Ryanair for their customer service. No compassion for customers at all, partner diagnosed with cancer and told tough luck really from the airline when we could not fly. We could not get a refund, a little compassion goes a long way in business.”

“The board crew, although there were free seats on the first row, made us sit on the last rows. I had to pay for the hand luggage, which, on the route Palermo - Rome (same airline) fit perfectly in the size measurer. In Rome, the SAME luggage couldn't fit in the overhead locker; I complained and the staff told me that in Palermo's airport the measurer was made in tin, so it was pretty flexible. I asked to measure my luggage but they did not have any yardstick!! The new measurers are smaller than the older ones, my luggage measured 52 cm and it couldn't fit in any way in it!”

“The plane that we used for the departure was unused, clean and I must say modern, with the displays on which has been projected the short video about the security measures. The board crew was so kind and helpful, the outward voyage was not late, but at the return journey we had to wait some minutes, except for that the flight has been good! Travel with blu express!”

“The lack of preparation of an entire board crew about the updates of a flight that took off with more than 6 hours of delay is ridiculous. On the newspapers I read about an aggression to the pilot. Certainly uncivilized. I wish to point out that the flight costed me 350 euros.”

“I purchased the tickets for the flight Genoa/Rome departure on 28/09/2012 about 4 months before, I went casually in their website, I discovered that the flight was cancelled, then I called the call center for explainations and the miss told me that they actually sent me a mail, NEVER RECEIVED, so I had to purchase 2 tickets without any repayment after more than 5 months from the cancellation of the flight. I will never fly again with that company.”

“4 hour and 10 minutes late, on a route that can be done in 1 hour and a half. In the airport there are no communications. On board we had to pay even for a small bottle of water, without apologizing. That's the second time they are late (the first one was of about 3 hours), out of two times that I've travelled with them on intrnational routes. Avoid it, even if you are going to spend more, AVOID IT!!!”

“My daughter booked a flight to support her churchs mission trip. After booking the flight, they informed her that her flight time was changed. Instead of departing at 10:00 AM and arriving @ 1:00 PM, her flight was changed to 10:45 PM and a scheduled to arrive after 1:00AM. When she was asked if this was OK or select Refund, she was informed that all refund requests were subject to review. Now she is out the booking fee until who knows when. She is a college student and has very little extra money to be waiting for a refund if and when it ever happens. We will NEVER USE them again and I stromgly advise anyone thinking about using them to be aware of the potent trap.”

“on Jan 2012 I had to cancel my trip to Asia after I bought all my flights, buaaahhhh!! I had not insurance, so I asked to be refund of “airport taxes” (better than nothing). It has been quite easy to do it online (sometimes sending a scanned document by email) by Qatar Airways, Thai Airways, Vietnam airlines, Alitalia and Windjet (waiting one month for refund but it is ok), BUT Panorama Blu-Express seems to complicate purposely the procedure, they accept only a “physical” posta “raccomandata” (not even a fax) that means take time to write, go to post office, spend hours in line, spend 4 euro to do the “raccomandata”. It is clear to me that this is a way to discourage people to ask the refund because it has not sense that I can buy a ticket on their website, put my credit card number, eventually change my flight, but I can’t ask a refund by the same website or by the email I registered on their website. What’s the point? Moreover, who knows the answer to the “raccomandata”? How can I know they accepted/are processing it? I cannot have the same feedback I can have on internet or by email, I can just wait and perhaps one day, if I don’t get any money on my credit card, someone could say “we didn’t accept because missing something on the lettter”. I cannot pay an attorney to fight it for 20 euro! Just to know, I had the honesty to cancel my flight before the day of departure, so I gave the opportunity to sell my seat once more. This message is just to give info to travelers, everyone will decide how to use it and check if rules changed in the meanwhile. Personally, I will avoid Panorama Blu-Express because of this reason. I wish you great exciting trips, Enrico”

“I bought tickets from Istanbul to Rome and back. They changed our return flight and assigned us to a flight on the next day without informing.I noticed it by chance and contacted the company. They told me that I can either pay a penalty to return on the day that I wanted or cancel the flight and get a refund. So I cancelled my flight within the first week of August.I waited for 90 days as told, but nothing happened. Since that day I am writing to the customer service but all they are doing is apologizing and saying that they are forwarding my mails to revenue department. It has been 4.5 months and God knows if I ever will get it back.I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE.”

“Our 10.30am flight was pushed back by 5 hours so we lost our planned day trip to Istanbul. (We only found out about the change when we turned up to check in.) When we finally did get to check in, we were told that the flight was running 1.5 hours late. By the time we walked to the gate, the departure time had changed again and was now showing as 6pm!This would have caused us to miss our (expensive) flight out of Istanbul back to Sydney, so we had to book an alternative at our own expense.The Blu-Air staff were unhelpful, indifferent and, from what I could gather, untrained. They didn't seem to understand the way the airport worked and weren't aware of their own policies. They genuinely didn't care about us at all.We cancelled our flight with Blu-Air and tried to get our luggage back so we could check in on the alternative flight we'd booked, but two hours later it still hadn't shown up and we had no choice but to check in on our replacement flight without our luggage. The guys at other airlines (Turkish in particular) were so helpful in sorting out the mess that Blu-Air had made, actually telling us what our options were in terms of retrieving our baggage.We did ask the girl at the Blu-Air desk whether, since we still didn't have our luggage back and the check-in was about to close, they could forward our luggage on. Without even batting an eyelid, she just said: 'no'. And that was all we ever got from Blu-Air - 'no', 'don't know', and a lot of indifferent shrugs.They cost us time and money and caused an enormous amount of stress, and it really didn't seem to bother them at all.This is the most incompetent, unhelpful, unreliable airline service I've encountered in 10 years of regular travelling. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever.”

“I had a terrible experience with Blu Express.I booked a last minute round trip with Blu Express from Nice to Rome.My departure flight was scheduled at 13H25 on August 14, 2011.The flight was delayed until 16H with no information from the airline, not even an estimated departure time. That flight was the only flight significantly delayed for the whole airport so it appeared to be the fault of the airline.On my return trip from Rome, again we had over 2 hours delay with no information whatsoever: everyone was standing in line at the (empty) boarding gate. The departure time was not even updated (it showed a 45 minutes delayed departure at first all the way until the actual boarding, 2 hours later).There was no weather condition and all flights departing Rome Fiumiccino were on time except for all of the Blu Express flights that were between 1 and 2 hours delayed.Since the airline never gave any update we had no idea in both instances whether we could leave the gate to get refreshments. To add insult to injury the only company representative (who was assisting another flight, and only about an hour and a half after the initial departure time for that flight) kept saying lies: we were told several times that the plane was on the ground but since the airport was very busy there was no bus to take us there and that any minute there will be a bus coming to pick us up.I will never fly Blu Express again. The price was only marginally lower than EasyJet. The only reason I took that flight was because I could get to Rome earlier (supposedly). I could have drove to Rome in the time it took me to wait for the plane, fly and then go to the inner city.”

“On Feb 22 2011, I purchased a connection flight from Istanbul to Milano(for July 18) from there I have a an other flight booking to Ibiza. The return tickets are also through the same route. The tickets were bought 5 months in advance of the flight and 5 week from the flight date I learned from my trip mates that our flight has been cancelled. I asked for an advise for compensate this discretionary cancelation by arranging a flight from istanbul-milano-istanbul that is in line to connect to the below flight dates (or refund my ibiza flight). I have tried to reach them from their hotline (but no answer), via emails (to callcenter@distal.it) and via your local travel agency; but unfortunately there are no replies at all (or insatiable answers from local agency). After two weeks passed they informed met hat I will be refunded but for other claims I was told to reach CustomerCare +39 066021499 on tuesday, wednesday thursday 9/13 the number was missing a digit and could not be connected. I tried to mail customer care and my mails returned since their mail box is full. It is imposible to reach the customer care or call center or even if you do yo can not get mail sor satisfactory ansvers . I cannot comment on any other issue (like flight or service on flight) because I did not had a chance to fly. And my holidays have been ruined. Think twice before booking this cheap flight it could cost you a lot; more than you can imagine.”

“They're not cheaper after they hit you over the head with extra fees for overweight checked baggage (they allow 40 pounds& everyone else allows 50) and/or extra fees for oversized carry on (their size limit is smaller than the standard size carry on that is used by everyone else.)”
