“I have no comment on the on-board service as our flight has been cancel without advance notice. We have no chance to board the flight (1 Aug 2015, JD5625). Until to-date, the Airlines yet to refund our flight ticket. We were greatly disappointed with their services and have no confidence to board this airline in future.”
