Avior operates scheduled and charter services between Venezuela, the Caribbean and Miami. Its main base is located at the International airport General José Antonio Anzoátegui (BLA) in Barcelona, Venezuela. The company is wholly owned by Jorge Anez Dager (50%) and Rafael Ciarcia Walo (50%).
