“The flight departed on time, on both outward trip and return voyage, and I already had this experince with this company. The board crew is kind and helpful, the airbus are not always up-to-date, if you travel in the economic class, you may find it thigh...: a person in overwight may have problems. I had to anticipate my return, but I had problems to receive the tax refund....that I still didn't receive.”

“I booked on August 2011 for a travel from Pescara to Toronto. The next day Air Transat called us to inform us that the price would have been a bit higher. We wre astonished, so we asket to talk with an accountabl person. We received a call from an English woman, that told us that this was not a price issue, but a place issue, because there were not enough seats. We obtained the refund but Air Transat did not give us any alternative to reach Toronto. Just a flight that would have been departed from London (in this case we should have had pay the travel out of pocket).”
