“I paid 530 €, on the ticket it was not wrote if the luggage was included in the price or not. By calling their numbers from Italy or from Morocco no one has answered me, or otherwise you have to listen the answering machine to keep busy the customers to gain money, so by not managing to have any certainty I had to pay 45 euros for 16 kilos (I mean the hand luggage + luggage) on the outward voyage and 40 euros for 10 kilos (I mean the hand luggage + the luggage) from Morocco, and when I gave them 50 euros they gave me a change of 100 dirham in Morocco, so they take advantage from it. You have to pay for the airplane lunch, there are no magazines and if you want to buy something you have to ask specifically for that thing, the luggage on board are everywhere if the overhead lockers are full (I don't understand if everything is under the weight limit how cannot get in the lockers), plus we were late of an half hour and they were too slow on the check in, unprepared and even rude and they don't ask you where would you prefer to sit, and they even separated a mom from his 2 children (very young). For me it's been a negative experience, I advice you not to book by this company for those who spend more than 200 euros for a round trip.”
