Route San Juan - Fort de france (Martinique)
JaredM7 May 2015
“We flew on the Air Antilles on our return trip and the on-board service was fine. The issue was a cancelled flight on the outgoing trip. We were never advised of the cancellation and showed up to the San Juan airport to find NOT A SINGLE Air Antilles employee in the entire airport. If you originate from the US flying in the Caribbean never book with Air Antilles. Seaborne is your best option - very well run. Not only does Air Antilles have limited/non-existent service but there is almost no way to contact them. They have offices in France and an international phone number that doesn't pick up. After hours of standing around we finally communicated with a representative via email and she was entirely unapologetic... even blamed us for arriving at the airport too late and missing the flight (the flight they cancelled). I generally don't write reviews but want to warn others so they can avoid our experience.”
