“I had a very bad time with Aer Lingus, I will never fly again by them. I departed from Corck to Rome on December 5, I paid 300 € for 20 Kg of baggage overweigh, once landed in Rome I took another flight to reach Milan, just to discover that the xcess kilos wre only 12.9. I registered letters, sent faxes and talked with "adiconsum" (consumer protection), but Aer Lingus does not want to give me back my money, shame on you, you are crooks, and I've proofs against you.”

“12.07.10: Flight cancellation due to snow. After 13 months, I am still waiting for my ticket refund (266,00 €). No one answers to e-mails, faxes and not even the phone. Never again!”

“Family emergency resulted in flight cancellation. AE refused to even consider a refund or flight credit. In my opinion they are an unethical business and you would be better off booking flights on an other airline!”

“Clean planes, kind and caring board crew and up-to-date aicrafts on both the flights. Departure flight was on time, the return voyage was one hour late. I spent 44 euros for a week-end so I really cannot complain about anything.”

“Bad service, dirty plane. We started from JFK Shannon airport, and once we landed, they opened the port and they told us that we should have had to check our baggage in the airport, in another flight's conveyor belt. No one of Aer Lingus staff gave us assistance, that's incredible.”
