“I booked a flight with NAS in September 2014 through their website. The website prompted for reserving a hotel room at my destination. As the hotel where I intended to stay was listed, I booked a room for convenience. The website sent an email within 5 minutes that the hotel room had been canceled. After multiple telephone calls, as of December 2014 NAS has not issued a refund for the hotel room. The company has simply kept the money, and not delivered the service.It appears that the company has a policy of never issuing refunds, regardless of circumstances. This is not an honest company, if you have any other choice, do not do business with this company.On a different flight recently - a direct flight - NAS lost my luggage. They did find the luggage a couple of days later; however, unlike every other airline on the planet, NAS will only provide an SMS that they have received the luggage at the original destination -- there is no forwarding, or delivery of the lost luggage. Luckily for me, the luggage had arrived at my home port. For those who have connections to make, I can only advise that you carry all of your luggage with you, or fly on a different airline.”

“I flew Nas to Kuwait and the flight there was great, but when I returned for my return flight, it had been cancelled with no communication with me whatsoever. They did not offer to refund my ticket, and nobody was in the airport to book another flight. I was forced to take a saudia flight back. Thanks, Saudi Airlines, for being there when NAS dumped me. I will never fly Nas again no matter how good the deal looks.”
